The fact that she’s a lovely person was an added bonus. Be forewarned - the woman loves her squats (and she’s persuaded me enough to do them even when she’s not around). As I run a couple of times a week I wanted specific areas to be worked on, abs & arms, so I only planned to have a block of 10 sessions & incorporate the exercises with my already established routine once the course had finished. However, I found working with Tanya a brilliant experience & continued right up until July. I lost 1.5 stones & was delighted with my toned & leaner self. Derin 18 March 2022 I've been working with Tanya for just over a year now and she's pretty amazing. I needed a trainer to generally get fit and increase my overall wellbeing. Tanya works very well with people like me who are somewhat new to fitness( and with others). She's methodical, rigorous, always on time and very human. She knows how to challenge without being overbearing. She doesn't take excuses ( I whine a lot) she's really good with pushing me beyond what I thought I was capable of and switches up the regime enough so I don't plateau or get bored. A year in, my fitness level has increased i actually have dome upper body definition and I'm infinitely more healthy. In addition she's incredibly pleasant company and working out dare I say it is not as horrendous as I always imagined it'd be. I cannot recommend her enough. She's awesome! Andreia 6 October 2021 Before I met Tanya I felt frustrated, I tried every online workout, every diet without the right knowledge, and nothing seemed to work. Since I started my sessions with Tanya I managed to lose weight, change my bad habits, and love my body more. I honestly wish I could have more sessions a week. It's such a good therapy for me and I wouldn't be able to do it without her. Sessions are great, we always do something different and try new challenges I never get bored. Every session I learn something new and I have lots of fun! Thank you so much!! Irene 18 September 2021 I was very nervous to start personal training as I had never been to the gym nor had I ever exercised. However, when I began training with Tanya I felt extremely comfortable and at ease exercising with her. Tanya is a positive and motivational trainer who always pushes me to do my level best and she has helped me surprise myself at how far I can go. I have seen and felt noticeable differences in only a matter of weeks and I am only determined to push myself further all with Tanya’s workout techniques and advice on dieting. I am having a great time working out with Tanya and we always have engaging conversations and laughs during our session time and I couldn’t recommend her enough.
